About
Hi, I’m Aqil. Muhammad Aqil bin Mohd Nazri, in full.
I’m a fresh grad from Kedah, Malaysia, working towards becoming an AI engineer. I finished a B.S. in Computer Science at Penn State in May 2026, with a minor in cybersecurity. Now I’m back in Kedah, building software for Malaysia.
Most of what I make sits where software meets daily Malaysian life: a navigation app that doesn’t track you, a warning that cuts into a scam call before the money moves, an atlas of what Kedah’s districts earn. I like small, honest prototypes, clear write-ups, and work that ships through issues and pull requests rather than in one heroic push.
I was awarded MARA’s Young Talent Programme scholarship in 2021.
